Notices, replies, assessment proceedings, Commissioner (Appeals), ATIR and an introduction to constitutional litigation.

Outcome: trace how disputes arise and progress through statutory forums.

Week Five

Sales Tax Foundations

Taxable supply, registration, invoices, input and output tax, exemptions and zero-rating.

Outcome: build a principled understanding of indirect taxation.

Week Six

Sales Tax Compliance

Returns, adjustments, refund framework and documentary requirements through practical workshops.

Outcome: connect compliance mechanics with the governing statutory scheme.

Week Seven

Sales Tax Litigation

Adjudication, appellate hierarchy, judicial review and significant judgments.

Outcome: analyse litigation strategy and judicial reasoning.

Week Eight

Capstone Litigation File

Complete-file analysis, presentation, legal reasoning and professional feedback.
